About the role

As part of the expansion of our restaurant network, we are recruiting managers for both existing restaurants and new locations opening soon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations to maintain high‑quality service and efficiency.
• Lead, schedule, and develop the team, monitoring performance and supporting growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Control financial performance, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen on menu development and improvements.
