Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is seeking a motivated and service‑oriented Restaurant Supervisor to lead its dining operations. In this full‑time position you will ensure smooth service, uphold Marriott standards, and deliver a personalized guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Lead, support and motivate the restaurant team during shifts, assigning duties according to business needs.
• Monitor table management, reservations, guest flow and service timing to maintain efficiency.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular checks of cleanliness, presentation and readiness of the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory, equipment control and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Support training, coaching and development of team members.
• Take responsibility for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Armenian and Russian is a plus.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
