Retention Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking – LatAm Market)

About the role

As a Retention Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for newly registered users on the Libertex trading platform, guiding them through onboarding and converting registrations into active traders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound outreach to newly registered LatAm clients to drive initial engagement and platform onboarding.
• Guide users through account setup, platform navigation, and financial market opportunities to convert leads into active depositors.
• Utilize CRM tools to track lead progression, log client interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for client retention, active trading accounts, and deposit conversion rates.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Spanish (C1/C2) proficiency; professional English and/or Russian is strongly preferred.
• Proven background in B2C sales, account management, telemarketing, or client retention within Fintech, Forex, Crypto, or Financial Services.
• Basic understanding of online trading platforms, financial markets, and conversion metrics.
• Strong objection‑handling skills, high motivation to achieve targets, and self‑discipline for remote work.

Required skills

• Experience with standard sales tracking tools.
