Robotics Workshop Leader – Koghb

About the role

The Robotics Workshop Leader will join TUMO’s Educational Workshops team in Koghb, delivering hands‑on robotics sessions to teenage learners. You will guide students through self‑learning modules, project labs and learning labs, helping them develop practical skills in robotics, IoT and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead robotics workshops, project labs and learning labs on a 32‑hour weekly schedule.
• Design and adapt educational materials that support student self‑learning.
• Collect, evaluate and store students’ results for their portfolios.
• Provide daily feedback on self‑learning outcomes and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the broader Workshops team to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in robotics, IoT or a related technical field.
• Experience working with teenagers or in an educational setting is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and public‑speaking abilities.
• Fluent in Armenian; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong research skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Arduino IDE

• Basic robotic and IoT sensors and actuators
• Knowledge of DC and servo motors
• 3D modeling
• Operating 3D printers
