Sales & Brand Development Manager

About the role

Sales & Brand Development Manager – TWINZ Eyewear is an independent brand creating handcrafted designer eyewear. We are looking for an experienced professional to grow our international sales, build lasting partnerships, and expand our presence in new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand’s sales and business development strategy.
• Expand our network of optical retailers, concept stores, boutiques, showrooms, and distributors.
• Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and manage accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and drive repeat business.
• Identify and develop brand collaborations and corporate gifting opportunities.
• Work closely with the founders and marketing team on brand positioning and market expansion.
• Monitor sales performance, customer demand, and commercial results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and brand development within the premium and luxury accessories sectors.
• Hands‑on B2B sales experience working with buyers, boutiques, showrooms, or distributors.
• A strong understanding of premium and luxury brand positioning and customer expectations.
• A demonstrated track record of acquiring new partners and increasing sales.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, including business correspondence, presentations, and negotiations.
• French or German language skills are an advantage.
• Initiative, independence, and accountability for results.
• Experience in designer eyewear and an established network of industry contacts would be an additional advantage.
