Sales Manager – iGaming Partnerships (CIS Focus)

About the role

As a Sales Manager at SiGMA World, you will drive growth and revenue by developing strategic partnerships and securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across the iGaming sector, with a particular focus on the CIS region. You will identify new business prospects, nurture strong client relationships, and represent SiGMA at major international events and conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive participation, sponsorship, and exhibition sales across global markets.
• Identify, engage, and close deals with leading iGaming operators, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers, especially within the CIS market.
• Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and strategic partnerships to maximize event and company revenue.
• Represent SiGMA at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events, promoting the brand and building new connections.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and event delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the iGaming, tech, or events/exhibitions industry.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian.
