Sales Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join the team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for promoting and selling company‑owned assets while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in acquiring company‑owned assets (property).
• Promote and sell both movable and immovable assets, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper presentation and transfer of assets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, sales reports, and analytical insights to management.
• Participate in industry events and meetings to expand business connections.

Required profile

• Understanding of asset/property sales (real estate and/or movable assets is an advantage).
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and deal‑closing skills.
• Experience in client relationship management and key account handling.
• Strong market analysis and research capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
