Senior 3D Designer – Environments & Virtual Studios

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior 3D Designer specialized in environments and virtual studios. You will create high‑end, cinematic‑quality virtual spaces that blend seamlessly with real‑world production, supporting global digital entertainment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic 3D environments and interior studio sets.
• Build virtual studio spaces that integrate with chroma‑key production workflows.
• Develop cinematic lighting scenarios and composition for photorealistic results.
• Translate creative concepts into production‑ready 3D assets.
• Research visual references and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with art directors and production teams.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools for concept development and iteration.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing realistic interiors or architectural environments.
• Professional experience in 3D environment design and architectural visualization.
• Proficiency with major 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• Deep knowledge of rendering, lighting, and material workflows.
• Experience using AI tools for visual concept creation.
• Excellent visual taste, attention to detail, and ability to produce photorealistic results.
