Senior Billing and Commercial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Billing and Commercial Analyst monitors the company’s financial performance against plans, analyses market conditions, and creates forecasts to support tactical and strategic decisions by senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Create, improve and apply invoice calculation methodologies and models.
• Communicate with partners and internal departments to resolve issues and provide clarifications.
• Control service pricing and costs, and manage currency and foreign‑exchange processes.
• Collect and analyse partner performance data from multiple sources.
• Compare actual results with plans and forecasts, identify variances and trends.
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools.
• Participate in partner contract reviews and approvals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of investment regulations and keep financial information confidential.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in data/business analysis and working with large databases.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian and Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with executive‑level interaction.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and strong attention to detail.
