Senior C++ Developer

About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join its technology team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions that support the company’s financial services platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and robust technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and produce detailed requirements and design specifications.
• Write production‑grade C++ code and accompanying unit tests.
• Maintain and support existing legacy codebases.
• Plan development activities, follow established software processes, and meet project deadlines.
• Share knowledge, evaluate differing technical opinions, and contribute to team discussions.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers, and uphold commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of professional C++ development experience.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with multithreading, networking, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux development environments.
• Ability to analyze memory dumps is a plus.
• Good command of English.
