Senior Corporate Lawyer – Legal Advisory & Risk Management

About the role

Wise LLC seeks a Senior Corporate Lawyer to independently manage complex legal matters for corporate clients, providing business‑oriented advice and risk‑mitigation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and resolve complex corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, restructuring and day‑to‑day corporate issues.
• Prepare and review corporate documents such as charters, shareholder resolutions and restructuring paperwork.
• Provide counsel on labor, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration and administrative law.
• Conduct legal due diligence, research and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations with counterparties, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Supervise junior lawyers and legal assistants as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree (Master’s or advanced qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, consultancy or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, IP, tax, civil, migration and administrative law.
• Excellent English communication skills; French is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage client matters end‑to‑end.
