Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a senior‑level DevOps engineer to join its fully remote team. You will help design, build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers its multi‑regulated CFD trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of infrastructure services.
• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate network and server configuration with Ansible.
• Optimize cloud resources and implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement security best practices and compliance automation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• Solid experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Strong networking fundamentals including L2/L3 concepts, VLANs, switching, and routing.
• Experience with overlay network technologies and software‑defined networking.
• Experience with network automation and programmability.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
