Senior Motion Designer

About the role

Krisp is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create high‑quality video content that brings its SaaS products to life. You will work hands‑on across product launches, feature releases, and brand communication, delivering short‑form videos for LinkedIn, X, in‑product experiences, and other marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging short‑form videos for social and in‑product use, blending product walkthroughs, animation, and storytelling.
• Create video assets for feature releases, major launches, and broader brand campaigns.
• Translate complex product features into clear visual narratives that highlight customer value.
• Record, edit, and animate UI flows, screen captures, and voiceovers to craft polished demos.
• Apply advanced animation, thoughtful transitions, and subtle motion effects for a modern look.
• Leverage AI tools such as Kling AI, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney throughout scripting, production, animation, and editing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to define creative direction, messaging, and narrative.
• Maintain visual consistency across motion graphics, titles, product visuals, and Krisp’s brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver platform‑optimized video assets on schedule.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or AI environment.
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver complete video projects from concept to final output with minimal direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product‑focused, launch‑related, and social‑first video content.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with solid working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using AI‑powered creative tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.).
• Excellent judgment on pacing, composition, animation, editing, and visual detail.
• Self‑starter mindset, able to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Curiosity about AI, emerging creative technologies, and the evolving role of video in product‑led marketing.
