Senior Product Manager, API & Billing

About the role

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, used by major nonprofits such as UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. Enterprise customers connect their CRMs, data warehouses, mobile apps and in-house tools to the platform via its API, and donation volume through the API has grown roughly 5x in a year. This is a technical product role focused on setting the API strategy, scaling it so every new product ships with it, and expanding the payment methods available to donors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the API strategy and roadmap end to end: Public API, webhooks and events, P2P API, write and bulk operations, versioning, limits, idempotency and key security.
• Turn enterprise customer and partner integration needs into reusable platform capabilities, avoiding one-off customizations.
• Build the Partner API Program from scratch, including onboarding, access, documentation and success metrics.
• Own the no-code and data connectors partners rely on: Zapier, Make.com, n8n and data warehouse exports.
• Drive API parity with New Products teams so P2P, Tap to Donate, Gift Cart and future launches ship with API and event support.
• Act as product counterpart for enterprise customers and the go-to-market team on integrations, through discovery calls, technical requirements and Customer Advisory Board sessions.
• Own developer experience (portal, docs, SDKs, observability) and its metrics: donation volume through the API, active integrations, time to first successful call and webhook delivery rate.
• Expand payment options, including local payment methods, geographic coverage, recurring payment retries, payment infrastructure, DAF giving and compliance.
• Use AI as a default tool in research, specs, prototypes and data analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years owning a public API, an integrations platform or a payments product.
• Track record with enterprise customers and technology partners, turning integration requirements into platform capabilities.
• Comfortable working with go-to-market teams and running customer interviews.
• Fluent Russian (required, as you will work in a Russian-speaking team) and English at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor for research, specs, prototypes and data analysis.

Required skills

• Hands-on technical fluency with REST, OpenAPI, webhooks, OAuth and API keys; reading API docs and making test calls.
• Nice to have: payments experience such as Stripe, local payment methods or recurring billing.
