Senior Project Manager

About the role

Digitain is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Agile and Hybrid project and product teams. The role involves planning, organizing, and motivating multiple concurrent projects across business units in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule and delivery timelines, balancing short‑term and long‑term roadmaps.
• Organize and lead status update meetings and framework ceremonies, maintaining comprehensive project records.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports throughout delivery cycles.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues across teams and business units.
• Adjust plans, re‑plan and redefine deliverables when necessary.
• Perform forward delivery planning for assigned projects and products.
• Support team development, remove blockers and hold teams accountable for commitments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner/Manager to align stakeholder expectations and governance.

Required profile

• Proven understanding of software development life‑cycle models and both Agile and traditional project management practices.
• 4+ years of experience managing large, complex software or web development projects in a high‑tech environment.
• Experience with Lean/Agile methodologies on enterprise‑level projects.
• Track record of leading multi‑function teams of 10‑15 members, including developers, product owners, analysts and QA engineers.
• Balanced business and technical background; BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
