Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (iGaming)

About the role

Zexter is expanding its in‑house iGaming platform and needs a senior professional to own talent acquisition and provide HR business partnering across multiple countries. The role blends hands‑on recruitment with employee‑focused HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, commercial and operational positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies and set hiring timelines.
• Provide HR Business Partner support including onboarding, performance management, employee development, compensation, benefits and day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations, engagement and organisational development.
• Maintain and analyse HR data and recruitment metrics to inform people‑related decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the iGaming industry.
• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within iGaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Russian and English.
