Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Talent Rise is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for our client portfolio, primarily in Finance, Banking, FinTech, Investment and IT. You will act as a strategic partner, driving end‑to‑end hiring processes and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment projects from vacancy intake through market mapping, sourcing, interviewing, offer management and placement.
• Execute targeted sourcing and proactive headhunting via LinkedIn, specialized platforms and professional networks.
• Manage multiple client accounts and recruitment pipelines simultaneously while maintaining high quality and responsiveness.
• Conduct structured screening calls and competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency.
• Support and mentor junior recruiters as the team expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, RPO or client‑facing environment.
• Proven track record in direct sourcing, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Banking, FinTech, Investment or IT roles is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies or projects concurrently.
• International or multi‑market search experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Armenian proficiency highly preferred.
