Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, execution‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale organic growth across traditional search and AI‑driven search (AEO). You will own high‑impact SEO initiatives from research and planning through execution and performance analysis, collaborating closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page optimization, content updates, internal linking, and other initiatives to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Develop SEO briefs based on search intent, semantic depth, internal linking, and CTA logic, and work with copywriters to produce high‑performing content.
• Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, and improve link‑building processes.
• Analyze international performance, pinpoint localization opportunities, and support international SEO strategies.
• Improve visibility on AI‑driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, monitor AEO metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, and automation, and streamline repetitive workflows.
• Monitor site health, indexing, crawling, and technical SEO issues in partnership with developers and product teams.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AEO performance, turning data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven success in the US market, supported by measurable case studies.
• Experience with AEO/AI search optimization and AI‑driven platforms.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and deadline‑management skills.
• English B2+ with confident written and verbal communication; Russian C1+ is a plus.
