Senior Software Developer (Golang)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and scale high‑performance business applications in an Agile, collaborative environment. You will apply strong object‑oriented design principles and modern platform engineering to deliver robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end design and development of high‑performance applications from requirements to production.
• Analyze performance, optimize algorithms, and create simple, reliable solutions for complex system requirements.
• Continuously improve software quality through code reviews, refactoring, and comprehensive unit/integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and analysts in an Agile workflow.
• Evaluate and incorporate new libraries, technologies, and architectural best practices.

Required profile

• Production software engineering experience with Go (Golang), Java, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, design concepts, core algorithms and Big O analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with platform engineering, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, version control (Git/SVN), and distributed system architecture.
• Proven ability to write clean code supported by robust unit and integration tests.
