Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer to build, ship, automate, and deliver products that directly impact property managers, their teams, and their guests. The role involves working on APIs, automation, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and end‑to‑end product development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs for reservations, pricing, payments, and property operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Develop AI‑powered systems using large language models and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, and pricing decisions.
• Create robust API‑first architecture and integrate with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and OpenAI.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS for reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Hands‑on experience with FastAPI, Python, React or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a product‑focused mindset.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
