About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech‑career programs across the US and Latin America, seeks an autonomous, growth‑mindset Social Media Content Manager. You will own the US Instagram presence (with Threads and LinkedIn), shaping strategy, creative production, and conversion‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Social Media Channels: full end‑to‑end ownership of Instagram, extending distribution to Threads and LinkedIn for US audience engagement.
• Repackage the Instagram Storefront: revamp highlights, pinned posts, and top‑of‑feed content to communicate updated product value propositions.
• Bridge Ads to Profile: sync social content with active Meta Ad campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and conversion‑ready landing experiences.
• Build & Execute the Content Strategy: create and manage a structured content calendar featuring carousels, reels, interactive posts, and compelling copy.
• Direct Creative Production: set clear briefs and collaborate with in‑house copywriters, graphic designers, and SEO managers to produce high‑quality assets.
• Track & Optimize Metrics: monitor saves, shares, reach, and engagement rate, iterating tactics based on data and audience feedback.

Required profile

• Channel Ownership: take full responsibility for Instagram (cross‑posting to Threads and LinkedIn) and drive strategy, execution, and engagement.
• Profile Packaging & Value Proposition: maintain and refresh Instagram storefront elements to clearly convey product benefits.
• Ad‑to‑Profile Funnel Matching: align social content with Meta Ads to ensure a seamless post‑click journey.
• Content Planning & Execution: develop a consistent calendar for a tech‑savvy, English‑speaking audience using high‑engagement formats.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: brief internal copywriters, designers, SEO managers and external motion designers.
• Performance Tracking: monitor key social metrics and continuously refine strategy based on insights.
