Strategy Associate

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking a high‑potential Strategy Associate to support the development and execution of corporate strategy across its global operations. You will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business‑critical decisions, and gain exposure to investment planning, growth initiatives, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating strategic plans and preparing executive‑level presentations for the Group Board.
• Translate strategic goals into team‑level KPIs/OKRs and track performance against them.
• Support quarterly business reviews and analyze data for capital allocation, new ventures, and cross‑functional projects.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential M&A or partnership opportunities.
• Prepare data‑driven materials for CXO discussions and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and align initiatives.
• Execute ad‑hoc strategic analyses to support urgent decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top‑tier consulting, strategy, investment analysis, M&A, or business planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a talent for synthesizing complex information.
• Proactive, comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
• Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
