About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented System Administrator intern to join our IT team. You will assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure, support end‑users, and help with network and system management while gaining hands‑on experience in server administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory services.
- Support basic server environments and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Perform physical cabling, setup and hardware troubleshooting for workstations and office network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS desktop issues and hardware failures promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in basic system administration, IT support, deployment, or configuration.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to grow and learn.
Required skills
- Foundational knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Understanding of core networking principles.
- Practical experience with PC hardware and cabling.
- Windows OS troubleshooting.
