Technical Product Manager

About the role

Rounds is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of internal platforms and tools that power its mobile‑app portfolio. The role focuses on building back‑office systems, acquisition and monetisation products, and shaping AI‑driven solutions that support the company’s acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design, delivery and operation of back‑office platforms, acquisition tools and monetisation products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, monetisation, operations and leadership teams to ensure tools are reliable, scalable and generate measurable business impact.
• Define metrics, monitor performance and own the product from problem definition through launch and ongoing operation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience building tools and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences; comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical trade‑offs and take full ownership of product outcomes.
• Familiarity with mobile‑app development and release lifecycles.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud.
• Experience designing and critiquing APIs.
• Solid system‑design instincts, including scaling considerations.
