Tourism Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Armenia Wine is looking for a motivated, results-driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its Tourism Department. The role suits someone with strong communication, negotiation and business development skills who can drive sales, build partnerships and promote wine tourism experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Sell tourism services, guided tours, wine tastings and event packages
• Build relationships with B2B clients, travel agencies and tour operators
• Attract new partners and strengthen cooperation with existing clients
• Handle inquiries, reservations and the sales process from first contact to confirmation
• Prepare commercial proposals and run negotiations
• Coordinate the sales and organisation of corporate and private events
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
• Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
• Relevant experience in marketing, sales coordination or a related field; experience in the wine, beverages or FMCG sectors is an advantage
• Proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused mindset
