Track Fleet Superintendent – Mining Equipment

About the role

The Track Fleet Superintendent leads all maintenance activities for the track fleet – excavators, dozers and drills – at the Amulsar Gold Mine Project. The role ensures equipment reliability and availability while fully complying with HSE requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and company standards.
• Implement and drive the maintenance strategy for excavators, dozers and drills.
• Coordinate maintenance teams to execute scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Support teams during breakdown response and troubleshooting.
• Analyze fleet KPIs and apply corrective actions to improve reliability, availability and performance.
• Oversee subcontractors to guarantee contractual and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience and technical knowledge of heavy‑mobile equipment (excavators, dozers, drills) in mining projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage maintenance teams.
• Solid understanding of HSE and safety management practices.
• Experience analysing fleet KPIs and driving improvements.
• Ability to manage breakdown response and work with subcontractors.
• Fluency in English (preferred) and Russian (preferred).
