Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

ArmegaFood is seeking a proactive and analytical Trade Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility and sales growth across the Armenian market. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and retail, creating initiatives that add value for our retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and promotional activities aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Plan and coordinate in‑store promotions, product visibility initiatives, and point‑of‑sale material placement.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, distributors, and retail partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, retail dynamics, and promotional performance.
• Support new product launches and initiatives aimed at increasing sales and market penetration.
• Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Understanding of retail operations, distribution channels, and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and a results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
