Traffic Risk Manager

About the role

The Traffic Risk Manager will safeguard VBET’s affiliate ecosystem by monitoring traffic quality, detecting fraudulent activity, and ensuring accurate financial settlements. You will work closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams to protect the company’s revenue and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Review affiliate system operations (Dashboard, New Users, New Players, Withdrawals, Active Players) to spot technical issues and data inconsistencies.
• Validate or reject affiliate payment requests and fix‑fee payments, providing clarifications when needed.
• Investigate fraud cases, bad traffic, multi‑account registrations, and uncontrolled player flows across all regions.
• Generate and process Umbrella/IP alerts, compile related reports, and coordinate actions via JIRA.
• Analyze new affiliate accounts, commission plans, and collaborate with the risk team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Report risk findings to senior management and propose process improvements.
