Trainee - Special Programs (Rooms Division)

About the role

Courtyard, a Marriott International brand, is hiring a Trainee for its Rooms Division in Yerevan. This is a full-time, non-management position focused on guest service, front office support and administrative tasks within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office team in delivering efficient and professional guest service, welcome guests and support check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping so rooms are clean, inspected and ready for arrival.
• Update room status and keep accurate guest records in the hotel management system.
• Help with reservations, room assignments and guest requests under the guidance of supervisors.
• Support guest relations and help resolve routine service issues promptly and professionally.
• Learn and follow hotel standards, policies, safety procedures and data privacy requirements.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, filing documents and keeping departmental records.
• Take part in departmental training and gain exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Services operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Rooms Division Manager or supervisor.
