User Acquisition Specialist – Remote Contractor

About the role

Picsart is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist on a 12‑month full‑time contractor basis. You will own paid acquisition and retargeting efforts, using data‑driven testing to fuel growth of our creator‑focused mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and continuously optimise UA and retargeting campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI, subscriber acquisition and overall growth.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests on creative assets, audience targeting and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition on budget allocation, pacing and spend optimisation.
• Work closely with social, content and creative teams to generate new ad concepts and maintain a comprehensive creative repository.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of performance‑marketing experience, ideally in a mobile‑first or subscription‑based environment.
• Proven ability to scale paid campaigns with a monthly budget exceeding $1 M.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Media buying on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads.
• Campaign management on TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer.
• Understanding of key UA metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, LTV).
