Account Manager – iGaming Partner Relations

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for its iGaming partners. You will build strong, trusting relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and help drive the adoption of new products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned iGaming partners, handling calls, meetings, and issue resolution.
• Inform partners about new tools, present demos, and support product activation and integration.
• Coordinate with product and project teams to ensure smooth feature roll‑outs.
• Monitor operational metrics such as turnover and profit performance for each partner.
• Analyse partner site data to identify opportunities or potential issues.
• Participate in cross‑departmental meetings to address partner queries and deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and support urgent requests, including occasional off‑hours duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in account management or customer support within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of the iGaming or gambling industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
• Understanding of online gaming platforms and the client lifecycle.
