ArmeniaEm Sherif Group is expanding its hospitality team in Yerevan and is looking for passionate, professional floor staff members. The positions include Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, Captain Waiter and Receptionist Manager. Successful candidates will work in a fine‑dining, luxury environment and help maintain the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Assist in managing daily floor operations and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Supervise and support wait staff, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the brand’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
