About the role

This is an early‑stage, fractional, equity‑only internship at Meritensa, a legal AI startup focused on improving access to justice in the United States. As a Growth Hacker intern you will work directly with the founders, contributing 10‑12 hours per week on marketing and growth initiatives. Compensation consists solely of equity that vests over time, with no salary or stipend until the company secures funding.

Key responsibilities

Contribute 10‑12 hours per week to support the founding team.
Assist with early‑stage startup marketing and growth hacking initiatives.

Required profile

Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.
Full proficiency in English (minimum C1, preferably C2).
