About the role
PROFAL LLC is seeking a Junior 1C Specialist to support the daily operation of its 1C ERP system. You will work closely with internal users and external service providers to ensure smooth system performance and help automate business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to employees using the 1C system.
- Receive, analyse, and coordinate resolution of user‑reported issues.
- Handle configuration tasks and manage user access rights within 1C.
- Assist in gathering and clarifying technical requirements.
- Test new functionalities and software updates before deployment.
- Document identified issues and monitor their resolution process.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve the 1C system and automate processes.
- Communicate with external 1C service providers and developers.
Required profile
- General understanding of 1C functionality and configuration logic.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive and responsible attitude toward work.
- Good command of Armenian and Russian; English is a plus.
