Junior Finance Specialist (On-site, Yerevan)

About the role

The Junior Finance Specialist will support MB Legal’s finance operations on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Yerevan. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial statements and reports while collaborating closely with legal and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting entries and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor expenses, support billing and collection processes.
• Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist with internal financial documentation, budget tracking, and simple forecasting.
• Maintain orderly financial records and respond to finance‑related inquiries.
• Support compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret numerical data.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and familiarity with financial principles.
• Experience working with financial statements and basic financial reporting.
• Accounting skills including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication for internal and external collaboration.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and finance/accounting software; strong MS Excel skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints, follow established procedures, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Interest in the legal sector and willingness to learn law‑related financial processes.
