Junior Technical Sales Representative

About the role

The Junior Technical Sales Representative supports Systemair’s sales process for ventilation solutions in Armenia. Working full‑time in a hybrid setting, the role combines customer interaction, technical quotation preparation and close collaboration with internal technical and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and assist customers with technical specifications for ventilation products.
• Respond to client inquiries, maintain regular contact, and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with internal technical, logistics and senior sales staff to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Contribute to presentations and basic training sessions for customers and consultants.
• Record sales activities and maintain data in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of technical sales, preferably with interest in HVAC or ventilation solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and handle inquiries.
• Willingness to assist with basic product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales support tools.
• Fluency in Armenian and good command of English; Russian is an advantage.
