Kitchen Staff – Various Positions (Chef, Pastry, Butcher)

About the role

Em Sherif Group is expanding its culinary team in Yerevan and is looking for passionate kitchen professionals to work in a high‑standard fine‑dining environment. Multiple positions are available, ranging from preparation and service chefs to pastry chefs, butchers and CDP specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to fine‑dining standards.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.
• Produce pastries, desserts and bakery items with precision.
• Perform butchery tasks and handle meat preparation safely.
• Manage cold, grill, vegetable and bakery stations as part of the CDP team.
• Maintain strict hygiene, quality and organization throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining restaurants or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to uphold high standards of quality, hygiene and organization.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen environment.
• Experience with Lebanese, Middle Eastern or international cuisine is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Armenian; Arabic is a plus.
