Outbound Sales Manager

About the role

Blue Waters is an international company producing biological wastewater treatment systems and water treatment solutions. We are expanding in Armenia and seek an Outbound Sales Manager who will work directly with customers, travel to facilities, study products in detail and drive revenue through results. The role suits a mobile work format with independent daily planning and live sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work with incoming leads and bring them to deal closure.
• Travel to customers' facilities, provide advice, identify needs and select appropriate solutions.
• Perform baseline measurements at the facility.
• Calculate costs and prepare commercial offers.
• Accompany the client until the contract is signed.
• Operate the CRM system and record work stages.
• Develop new contacts and partner network (architects, designers, developers, B2B segment).

Required profile

• Work experience in sales.
• Willingness to work in a mobile format and travel regularly throughout Armenia.
• Ability to communicate, persuade and take initiative.
• Independence, discipline and result‑orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and constant access to a personal car.
• Willingness to learn product and technical features.
