Partner Manager – Test & Measurement

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Partner Manager to drive strategic partnerships within the Test & Measurement industry. You will be responsible for growing revenue and ensuring customer success by collaborating with high‑impact solutions and integration partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business to grow revenues and enhance customer success across Emerson T&M.
• Integrate partner collaboration across Business Units, Regional Sales, and Service & Support.
• Align partner strategies with Emerson’s T&M goals, leveraging scalable services and solutions.
• Connect partners with Account Managers through account plans, opportunities, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate, qualify, and scale high‑value partner solutions and services.
• Co‑develop business plans, measure effectiveness, and create new business opportunities that would not exist without the partnership.
• Accountable for revenue growth through shared goals, demand creation, pipeline reviews, and joint performance metrics.
• Scout, onboard, and align new partners while cultivating strong relationships to drive tri‑lateral value.
• Streamline internal operations with partners, including contracts, training, and resource development.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Test & Measurement industry.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align partner business models.
• Proven ability to build networks of formal and informal relationships inside and outside an organization.
• Strategic thinker who can translate future possibilities into breakthrough strategies.
• Consistently achieves results, even under challenging circumstances, and communicates complex ideas clearly.
