Remote Sales Manager

About the role

Skill Talk Academy is looking for an experienced sales specialist to join its growing team. You will help develop students by promoting and selling educational packages through online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to messages on social media platforms, primarily Facebook, with the aim of selling language course packages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing timely information to prospects.
• Maintain ongoing contact with interested individuals and potential students to nurture leads.
• Present and sell the school’s language courses and bundled packages in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Provide personalized consultation to help clients select courses that match their personal or professional goals.
• Ensure high‑quality service and maintain positive, professional communication throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken Armenian.
• Intermediate knowledge of Russian.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
• Basic computer and social‑media handling skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
