About the role

An accounting firm in Yerevan is seeking a responsible director to ensure smooth office operations, manage client relationships, and drive client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting office and supervise daily activities.
  • Ensure timely preparation, verification, consolidation, and submission of tax and statistical reports to relevant authorities, complying with legal deadlines.
  • Review legal acts and draft regulations related to accounting and taxation.
  • Participate actively in staffing decisions to maintain adequate office personnel.

Required profile

  • Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Armenian (written and verbal) with sufficient knowledge of Russian and English.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Excellent time‑management, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
