Director – Accounting Office Management

About the role

The accounting firm in Yerevan is looking for a responsible Director to oversee the daily operations of the office, maintain strong client relationships and drive new client acquisition. The role combines leadership, compliance management and strategic planning to ensure the firm delivers high‑quality accounting services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounting office and supervise staff to guarantee efficient workflow.
• Ensure timely preparation, verification, consolidation and submission of tax and statistical reports to the relevant authorities.
• Review legal acts and draft regulations related to accounting and finance.
• Participate actively in staffing decisions and maintain adequate personnel levels.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, and organize initiatives to acquire new clients.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Armenian, with sufficient Russian and English.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Effective time‑management, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
