Employer Branding Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Employer Branding Manager to shape our company culture narrative and drive data‑driven recruitment marketing. You will lead external HR communications, grow our career communities and optimise paid campaigns to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an employer branding and external HR communication strategy.
• Manage and grow career and employer branding presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content and editorial calendars.
• Coordinate production of articles, videos, social assets and campaigns with internal teams, designers and external vendors.
• Plan, launch and optimise recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and paid media (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
• Generate talent pipelines, handle candidate engagement and respond to inquiries on branding channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance (ROI, cost‑per‑lead, audience engagement) and drive continuous improvement.
• Organise employer branding events such as career fairs, university partnerships, webinars and meet‑ups.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality employer brand experience across all digital and in‑person touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or a related marketing/PR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and English language skills.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Creative, proactive and results‑driven mindset with a passion for building employer brands.
