Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a proactive Financial Operations Specialist to manage and optimise financial processes linked to its strategic partnerships. You will act as the bridge between finance, partners and internal teams, ensuring accurate transaction handling and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, payment processing and reconciliation for partnership‑related transactions.
• Track and analyse partnership financial performance, identifying cost‑saving and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting for partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely reconciliation of partner transactions.
• Serve as liaison with partners, handling financial inquiries and supporting negotiation of financial terms.
• Conduct market and industry financial analysis to assess partnership viability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, flagging and mitigating financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, partnership management or a similar role.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or business development is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
