Junior Music Workshop Leader

About the role

TUMO's Centers Operations division delivers its learning experience across all Armenia centers, combining self-learning, workshops and project labs. The Workshops team runs mentor-led sessions that let students deepen their skills across 14 learning targets. The Music Workshop Leader leads Music workshops, project Labs and Learning Labs for students in Gyumri, working a 32-hour week over 5 days, which may include weekends depending on the schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Music workshops, project Labs and Learning Labs for TUMO's students
• Develop students' skills by designing educational material for self-learning
• Evaluate students' results after each workshop, project Lab or Learning Lab and store them for their portfolios
• Review students' self-learning results and give daily feedback

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field
• Education experience and the ability to work with teenagers is a strong advantage
• Armenian (required); English preferred
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong research skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and to meet deadlines

Required skills

• Digital music production experience
• Logic Pro X and Ableton are a plus
