Senior Full‑Stack Developer (Python/Django/React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join a healthcare technology platform that powers clinic scheduling, clinical records, invoicing and more. You will own feature delivery from design to production, maintain system health and build AI‑powered capabilities that help clinic staff work smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features using Django/DRF, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript covering scheduling, records, invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain the Playwright end‑to‑end test suite for API and UI, leveraging AI agents to keep tests green.
• Build AI features, including an MCP server for per‑user AI access and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock with EU data residency.
• Plan and ship releases, handling scoping, QA sign‑off, migrations, feature flags and rollbacks.
• Own production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers and real‑time servers, leading incident resolution and post‑mortems.
• Integrate with external systems such as UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging and 3D scans, and manage country‑specific tax rules.
• Ensure multi‑tenant data isolation, access control, roles, permissions and audit trails.
• Optimize performance by fixing N+1 queries, tuning slow endpoints and writing safe migrations.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and clinics to clarify requests, demo work and turn support tickets into root‑cause fixes.
• Mentor a mid‑level developer and raise engineering standards through code reviews, Jenkins pipelines and Terraform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, especially ECS and RDS.
• Confidence working with React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket and Jira.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset, able to lead incident resolution and mentor others.
