Special Project Manager – Regulated Market & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Special Project Manager to lead our regulated market entry and compliance initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage certification processes and ensure our platforms meet all technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects for entering regulated markets, documenting technical requirements and overseeing implementation.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and consultants to ensure compliance and manage audits, renewals and technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with development, QA, legal and compliance teams to align project goals and deliver modifications on schedule.
• Manage testing and certification activities, troubleshoot issues and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency of compliance‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of technical project management experience in gaming, software or regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing compliance or certification projects.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work with C‑level executives.
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian (written and verbal).
