Technical Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join SoftConstruct’s Technology Directorate. The role involves leading a high‑performing software engineering team, delivering high‑load, scalable solutions for the gambling, gaming or fintech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Plan, prioritize and manage tasks to align with company goals and deadlines.
• Oversee software design, development, deployment and maintain best coding practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Optimize system performance, scalability and security using modern technologies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and foster a culture of learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C#, Node.js, Go, C++, PHP, Unity, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Flutter, Android, iOS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and automation tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure system design.
• Experience with DevOps, monitoring, network administration and IT security.
