Account Assistant

About the role

The Account Assistant will support day‑to‑day accounting operations at Acctify Solutions in Yerevan. This full‑time, on‑site position involves processing invoices, managing petty cash, assisting with credit control, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor and client invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain cash logs.
• Assist with credit control activities, monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain and reconcile account records, supporting month‑end closing tasks.
• Prepare basic financial reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing and payment inquiries.

Required profile

• Basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation knowledge.
• Understanding of financial processes and credit control principles.
• Experience handling petty cash and day‑to‑day cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues, clients and vendors.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance or a related field; prior experience in an accounting or administrative support role is preferred.
