Partnerships & Integration Manager (Junior‑Mid Level)

About the role

Finbox Armenia is looking for a junior‑to‑mid‑level professional to support and coordinate partnerships and integrations with banks, financial institutions, technology providers and other ecosystem partners. The role combines partner communication, project coordination and integration support, guiding partners from initial discussions through technical integration, testing, launch and ongoing cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate partnership and integration projects, maintaining regular communication with existing partners and supporting day‑to‑day cooperation.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow‑up notes, presentations and partnership documentation, and support partner onboarding activities.
• Collect, organize and document partner requirements, business needs and feedback.
• Facilitate onboarding and integration processes for new partners, acting as liaison between partner teams and internal departments such as engineering, legal, finance and others.
• Gather, clarify and document business, functional, operational and integration requirements, and coordinate testing, issue tracking and go‑live preparation.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, risks and blockers, ensuring timely completion of agreed actions and supporting post‑launch coordination.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in banking, payment services or with financial institutions.
• Basic understanding of the partnership lifecycle from initial discussions to implementation and ongoing cooperation.
• Experience coordinating tasks, meetings, deadlines, follow‑ups or cross‑functional activities.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, ability to take ownership of follow‑up activities and learn quickly.
• Intermediate level of English and Russian.
